Service Agreement

Effective Date: 01/01/2021

This agreement outlines the terms of service between Rajvanshi Solutions and our clients.

1. Scope of Work:
Details of the project scope, timelines, and deliverables are shared and agreed upon before starting.

2. Payment Terms:

• 50% advance before project initiation.

• 50% post-completion before final delivery.

• No refunds applicable.

3. Revisions and Support:
We provide 15 days of post-launch support. Further support is available through maintenance packages.

4. Ownership:
After full payment, ownership of the final product is transferred to the client.

5. Portfolio Rights:
We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
